We want you to love your The Second Co product, but we get that sometimes it doesn’t work out. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us by mail within 30 days for an exchange or a refund in your original form of payment. (Note: customers are responsible for return postage except for defective or wrongly shipped items.)
Products returned should be unworn/unopened, in its original packaging, and with any other free item(s) that came with the product. Email customer service stating the issue, and proof of payment in order for the return process to begin.
Defected, wrongly shipped, or damaged
For defected, wrongly shipped, or damaged products contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving item(s). The email should explain the issue with the product and that you are requesting a refund along with pictures.
After sending us an email you will receive a response outlining the next steps.
Only once the item(s) have been received and accepted by The Second Co. will a refund be issued.
